Air conditioning systems for Indonesia’s first MRT train depot.
The Lebak Bulus Depot is the maintenance facility for the Jakarta MRT fleet — Indonesia’s first mass rapid transit project. The PT Dedicate Bangun Indonesia team delivered the MVAC (Mechanical Ventilation & Air Conditioning) installation package for the depot buildings in 2018.
The work covered AHU installation, rooftop VRF units, ducting networks, and air-conditioning piping — all completed to international project standards under Japanese consultant supervision.
